I looked at that option early on in my quest for an answer and with 60+ MB of data and hundreds of chats it isn't very practical. At this point I will give up and keep the old android phone around in case I need to refer to any of the old chats which are still available on the phone. I don't know how many people move from an android phone to an iPhone and want to migrate their WhatsApp database but would guess there are enough that a company would create a migration program that is easy to use and actually works. Of the ones I have tried (free version to see if they work before purchasing the full version) not a single one works. In addition most of the solutions that I found on the web are either obviously incorrect or don't work when you try them.
